2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

(i) Representation dated 8.12.2009 given by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad may be disposed of in the light of Order dated 19.11.2009 passed by the Hon'ble High Court in C.W.J.C.

15744/2009 for consideration of the whole claim of the petitioner after the tressless of her husband from duty during service period in the year 1988.

(ii) Whole benefits of the service period of the husband of the petitioner may be given for her rehabilitation after the tressless after husband from service.

(iii) Legal heir i.e. the only son of the deserved employ who was tressless from the service since 1988 till today may be given compassionate appointment after completion of majority for rehabilitation of the bereaved family.

(iv) Service positions in granted to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18395 of 2016 dt.02-08-2018 2/2 widow of the deserved employee i.e. the petitioner for her rehabilitation in the socieity."

3. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 5 and also respondent no. 2, after service on learned counsel for the petitioner on 17.04.2017 and 05.07.2017 respectively.

4. In view of the stand taken in the counter affidavits showing redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, coupled with the fact that nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
