"1.That this is an application praying for issuance a writ / writs mandamus or appropriate in directing nature, and commanding to the respondents for take appropriate action for compliance the order contained in memo no. XVI-1810-119 dated 22.02.2011, memo no. XVI18/10-616 dated 18.11.2011 issued by the collector Patna and memo no. XVI 1810-562 dated 26.11.2012 issued by the district planning officer Patna cum district urban development

Patna High Court CWJC No.17286 of 2013(5) dt.04-09-2025 2/2 Agency Patna whereby and where under the petitioner was deputed as assistant engineer in district urban development agency Patna, (Duda-2) in view of the requisition of assistant engineer sought by executive engineer to concerned see the works of district development agency in addition to these works relating to rural work aforesaid department but the petitioner is not allowed to discharge work as per notification after reported his joining at the district Urban development agency Patna (Duda-2) and other assistant engineers are unauthorized discharging duty place of this petitioner and after raising the matter before the collector Patna the collector Patna served letter to the executive engineer district urban development agency 539 Patna (duda-2) Patna by the letter no.

dated 09.04.2013 and given direction to take work in Digha assembly constituency in light of memo no. 616 dated 18.11.2011 and as well as for direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to discharge duty as aforesaid notification in district urban development agency (Doda-2) Patna."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
