The petitioner seeks bail in Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

20 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner being a lady is in jail since 05.03.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017.
