1. Heard the parties.
2. On completion of terms of contract, the petitioner's services were dispensed with. The petitioner challenging her termination submitting that the petitioner ought to have been given an opportunity of hearing.
3. The order dated 06.03.2013 reflects that the petitioner was appointed on 17.01.2013, but she has refused to join. A show cause notice was also issued to her, which she did

4. Keeping in view that the petitioner has failed to join her duties. Her contractual services were dispensed with on the ground that she was not interested in appointment. The petitioner has tried to set up her case that she was never informed about the pending action. However, this Court finds that there is a continuous absentees on the part of the petitioner. She has never joined duty. No case for interference is made out.
