The petitioner is accused in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of recovery of one bundle of aluminum wire of Electricity Department from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aluminum wire is said to be recovered from the room meant for keeping fire wood to the house of the petitioner and the petitioner was not apprehended on spot. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51468 of 2015 (2) dt.21-12-2015 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
