The petitioner seeks bail in Brahampura P.S. Case No 57/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

After hearing the sound of explosion the informant rushed to the place of occurrence and found Ramesh Kumar Srivastava lying injured. The injured person disclosed that Rajiv Kumar @ Pintu and two unknown persons were making bomb. It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of Rajiv Kumar @ Pintu. Rajiv Kumar @ Pintu has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 32080/2016 and co-accused Rahul Kumar has also been enlarged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21340 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 36941/2016. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No. 57/2016.
