2. Petitioner claims difference of family pension as per the revised rate, as her husband died while posted as Accounts Clerk in Swarna Rekha, Multi Purposes Project, Dhalul, West Singhbhum, Jharkhand on 14.01.1988 although the family pension to the petitioner is being paid by the State of Bihar.
3. Petitioner submits that according to the calculation furnished by the Bank which is Annexure-P-3 a sum of Rs. 21,889/- has been calculated as difference of pension till March 2007 and the same has already been credited in account of the petitioner. Further petitioner has represented before the Branch
Patna High Court CWJC No.5687 of 2018 dt.19-12-2018 2/2 Manager, the State Bank of India, Lalganj Branch, DistrictVaishali regarding the erroneous calculation of revision of family pension and by representation dated 25.07.2016 she has annexed a calculation on arrears of pension and a photocopy of the passbook, stating therein, that till year 2009 a sum of Rs. 2,69,101/- is the difference on account of the family pension.

Let the respondent No. 3, the Branch Manager, the State Bank of India, Lalganj, Vaishali, dispose of the representation of the petitioner which contains the calculation chart and Bank statement dated 25.07.2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. Any admissible payment be made to the petitioner within a month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post.
5. This writ application is disposed of accordingly, with the aforesaid directions and observations.
