27.04.2016 Learned Counsel for the Petitioner produces a demand draft of Rs. 4,00,000/- as directed to him which the Counsel for the Informant receives and signs in the margin of the order-sheet in token of receipt of the same. In view of such, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 08.12.2015 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Jay Nagar P.S. Case No. 95 of 2015 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani subject to the following conditions:- (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner. (ii) That the bailor shall also state on affidavit that he will inform the

(iii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
