2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 20.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23368 of 2024 to the extent of correction in the operative part and extension of period of surrender.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the case, the same has been transferred in the court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur as such learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the aforesaid order.

4. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69327 of 2024(2) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 petitioner in the modification petition, let satisfaction of learned court below in paragraph No. 5 of order dated 20.03.2024 be read as 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur' and clause (A) of paragraph No. 5 of read as 'At the time of furnishing bail bond, the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) through Cash in the Nazarat of Civil Court, Muzaffarpur' and further six weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 20.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23368 of 2024 is modified to the above extent only.
