The petitioner seeks bail in Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The police intercepted the petitioner while he was coming on motorcycle and from dicky of his motorcycle, two litres of country made liquor made of Mahua was recovered. For that the petitioner is in jail since 01.02.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than three months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
