The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No.200 of 2021 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 02.11.2022 and 23.02.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.32534 of 2022 and Cr.Misc.No.59090 of 2022 respectively. Having considered the fact that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court , let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S.Case No.200 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
