This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report of occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The person, who confessed before the police, has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 12872 of 2017. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2016 and has not been put on test identification parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21456 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Magadh Medicalpsc 128 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Gaya, or successor Court.
