2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tilauthu P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged in the prosecution case that daughter of the informant was married with the petitioner on 30.05.2023. After marriage she was subjected to cruelty for demand of motorcycle and golden chain. It is further alleged that petitioner made telephonic call and stated that his daughter has died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the victim. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case by the in-laws. The victim did not want to live in the village in joint family. She committed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65598 of 2024(5) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 suicide by hanging herself. He has never demanded dowry and no complaint has been filed against the petitioner earlier for demand of dowry. Petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 14.05.2024. Charge has already been framed in this case. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the trial.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dehri, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Tilauthu P.S.
