====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-07-2022 Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conference.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in paragraph no. 3, it was written that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner but the real fact is that the petitioner has a criminal antecedent vide Laheri P. S. Case No. 03 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. However, having come to know about the aforesaid fact, a supplementary affidavit was filed on behalf of the petitioner bringing on record the fact about the criminal antecedent but the same could not be mentioned in the order dated 21.06.2022 passes by this court. In view of the aforesaid submission, the statement

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.945 of 2022(4) dt.22-07-2022 2/2 made in the supplementary affidavit with regard to one criminal antecedent of the petitioner being Laheri P. S. Case No. 03 of 2018 be treated as a part of the present order. Accordingly, the order dated 21.06.2022 be modified to the extent as stated above.
