The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 325, 354 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assaulting upon the complainant and his family members by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and specific allegation of assault is against co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1921 of 2022(2) dt.13-06-2022 2/2 Manjeka Kumari and Rita Devi and not these petitioners. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitionerd, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Complaint Case No. 286 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
