2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 354, 385, 387, 324, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Riga P.S.Case No.115 of 2024.

3. As per the allegation, while the informant was sitting at her shop, the petitioner along with other accused persons, came there and demanded Rs.5,000/- per month as ransom; otherwise her husband will be eliminated. It is further alleged that the accused persons caught hold of her hand with ill motive and when she tried to save herself, the accused persons assaulted her, as a result of which she sustained bleeding injury

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. There is previous dispute between the parties. The husband of the informant had lodged two cases against the petitioner. In one case, final form has been submitted and in another case he is on bail. So far as the third case, which has been mentioned in para3 of the bail petition, is concerned, he has been acquitted.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,-VI, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.Case No. 115 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
