The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 307, 333, 353, 385, 342, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier through order dated 21.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18800 of 2021, the bail prayer of petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn.

Now again the petitioner has moved this Hon'ble Court for grant of anticipatory bail and the petitioner did not comply the direction which was made earlier in the order dated 21.12.2021 which is as follows:- "This application is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court and pray for regular bail, which may be considered on merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order."

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62322 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2022 2/2 Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
