The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 321 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Recovery is of total 20 litres of country made liquor from the possession of the petitioner who is in custody since 17.07.2023 and he has clean antecedent. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.
