In this case, the petitioner is challenging the action of the police in toeing and taking away the car.
In the writ application, it has been claimed that the petitioner had gone to shop Puja Optical at S.K. Puri, Patna, after having parted the car on the side of the road and, without information, the police has toed and taken away the same and on payment of Rs. 650/-, the police released the car.
Every person is supposed to park the car at a right place, if the vehicle is parked in a wrong place, it cannot be said that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6500 of 2017 dt.22-06-2017 police has committed any wrong in towing the car. Accordingly, this Court does not find any merit in this writ application and the same is dismissed.
