ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2016 in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 172 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Chhathulal Pandit had given confessional statement before the police implicating the present petitioner. He further submits that the said Chhathulal Pandit has been enlarged on regular bail in connection with the present case in Cr. Misc. No. 47460 of 2012 vide order dated 11.04.2013.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49128 of 2016 (2) dt.25-11-2016 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S.
