The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2019 in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 21/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, it was converted into under Section 395/412 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is not named in the FIR, but his name has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one Shishupal Kumar which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that there has been no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and, till date, neither has he been placed on T.I. Parade.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.59557 of 2019(2) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif, in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 21/2019.
