2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 19.07.2024. Petitioner is husband of deceased.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date the trial has not been concluded and only three witnesses have

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in connection with Sessions Trial No. 335/2024, arising out of Ghoshi P.S.
