Petitioner is accused in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 341, 307, 498A/34 of the I.P.C.

The allegation against the petitioner and his family members is of cruelty and torture physically as well as mentally in various manners for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Submission is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that there is no injury report in this case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.09.2016.

No.49651 of 2016 (4) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016.
