The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 342, 498(A), 406, 313 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 D.P.Act.

The petitioner is the husband of the informant. The allegation is that the petitioner has treated his wife with cruelty. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Learned counsel for the informant submits that it is not possible for the wife to stay under the same roof with the

Considering the aforesaid, the Court directs the petitioner, above named, to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri R.K.Singh, ACJM XII, Patna Judicial Magistrate, in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs. 25,000/- per month as maintenance towards maintenance of his wife and daughter until final settlement is made between the husband and wife in appropriate proceeding.

If so advised, the parties may approach the Mediation Center for settlement of their dispute amicably. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U T
