2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

(i) to direct/command the respondents authorities to pay the compensation to the petitioners as per Fare Compensation and Transparency in the Land Acquisition

Patna High Court CWJC No.14769 of 2025(2) dt.22-09-2025 2/3 Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and also the Raiyati Land as per Bihar Raiyati Land lease Policy, 2014 and as per enquiry report/final valuation by which the Committee recommended the compensation as per Anne-P/6 which had been acquired for strengthen and to raise the height of bank situated in Hayaghat Karachin in the Project of Baghmati Flood Management Scheme, Phase IIIA and also issued a direction to pay statutory interest to the petitioners from the realization of money to the payment of final and Transparency in the settlement.

(ii) to pay the compensation to the petitioners as per payment of Bharatmala 527E Project which has been acquired in the same year by the Government of India and pay the compensation @ Rs. 70,000/-per decimal.

(iii) to pay the litigation cost to the petitioner.

(iv) and any others relief/reliefs by which the petitioners may be entitled to be

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be approaching the respondent no.3, the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga for the redressal of the grievance.

4. If such petition is filed in next four weeks, the concerned respondent no.3, shall be taking up the matter, noticing all the relevant parties and thereafter, the matter be disposed of preferably by 30th April, 2026.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
