Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 350(A) of 1993 arising out of Dehri P.S. Case No. 77 of 1991 registered under Sections- 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for about two years.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since 2008 to 2014 petitioner regularly appeared and made his pairvi. It is further submitted that his bail bond was cancelled on account of misunderstanding. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2016.

No.49075 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No. 350A of 1993 arising out of Dehri (Dalmianagar) P.S.
