2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354A, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date of occurrence, petitioners along with other co-accused armed with Lathi, rod and dabiya came at the door of the informant and abused and assaulted the informant and his family

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66089 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 members as a result of which, six persons sustained injury out of whom two of them sustained grievous injury.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and grievous nature of injury, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shishir/- U T
