1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 808 of 2024 dated 31.12.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 103(1), 74 of the B.N.S.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 27.06.2025 having fair clean antecedent, three co-accused persons, namely, Sarvjeet Ray, Teras Ray @ Terash Prasad Yadav and Rajendra Ray have been granted regular bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 10.09.2025 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No. 64017 of 2025, there is no specific allegation of assault against this petitioner and there is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64555 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 simple allegation against the petitioner and he allegedly pulled the hair of the informant's younger daughter during the occurence.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly taking into account the nature of allegation appearing against the petitioner from the F.I.R and three co-accused persons mentioned above have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, coupled with the petitioner's custody period and completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 808 of 2024, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court Concerned.
