JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard Sri Kumar Bikramdeo Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Pawan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Madan Kumar , learned A.P.P. The petitioner, who is in custody since 1.8.2015 in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 435 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26(II) and 35 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated and it was shown that loaded country made pistol was recovered, whereas, petitioner is having clean antecedent.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and the period of custody, let the petitioner namely Sanoj Yadav be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 /- (rupees
