The petitioner has evoked the writ jurisdiction of this case after receipt of memo no. 76 dated 06.02.2018 by which a departmental proceeding was initiated against him pursuant to lodging of criminal case bearing Jokihat P.S. Case No. 72 of 2012 under sections 409, 420 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code. Instead of submitting his reply/show cause before the respondents in favour of his case, he has chosen a wrong path and instead decided to come to the Patna High Court.
