The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "that this writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners above named for quashing the order passed by the Head of Finance, Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. Patna vide Memo No.

8825 dated 7/11/2012 by which representation for payment of price of Wheat supplied by the petitioners

Patna High Court CWJC No.18249 of 2013(5) dt.01-12-2023 2/3 early submitted in the light of order of this Hon'ble Court has been rejected and further may kindly direct the respondents to make payment for the same for which the petitioners are bonafied entitle for the same because the impugned order is arbitrary, violative of the principle of natural justice, statutory provision and constitution of India."

Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that the petitioners may be directed to file a fresh representation ventilating his grievance along with supporting documents before the 2nd Respondent i.e. the Managing Director, Sone Bhawan, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submission, without going into merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed off with the direction to the petitioners to submit their representation along with supporting documents to the 2nd Respondent i.e. the Managing Director, Sone Bhawan, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt of the copy of the representation, the 2nd Respondent shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law duly taking into consideration the grievance of the

The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
