Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this court and direction was given to trial court to conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible but trial court has reported that charge could be framed against the petitioner on 9.2.2016. Petitioner is in jail custody since 5.10.2015 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Though there is recovery of two pistols and four cartridges but taking into consideration the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as stage of the trial, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
