The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C.No.10124 of 2008, which stood dismissed on 10.04.2015 due to non-prosecution.

In this case, earlier notice was directed to be issued to private Opp.Party no.9. Despite valid service of notice, Opp.Party no.9 has preferred not to appear.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the ground set forth in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C.No.10124 of 2008 be restored to its original file.
