Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and has antecedent of one case and the allegation is of recovery of 188.790 litres of foreign liquor from a Tata Indigo Car.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1113 of 2022(2) dt.03-03-2022 2/2 submits that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by the local Chaukidar with whom the petitioner was on inimical term. Learned APP opposes the bail application.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted and was not arrested from the spot and his name was disclosed by the local Chaukidar, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S.
