The Petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 66 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147,148,149,160,153,(A),323,337,338,307,341,427,435,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. There is allegation that on the occasion of immersion of the idol of goddess Saraswati by the members of other community, the accused persons started brick batting and when the police party reached there to maintain peace, they also sustained injury from brick batting done by both the communities. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21669 of 2017 (2) dt.12-05-2017 2/2 that other co-accused has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 30.05.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 17092 of 2013.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 66 of 2013 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
