2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 950 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, two unknown criminals were looted Rs. 28,000/- and fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2023 and the name of the petitioner has come during investigation. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to make good the part of the loss sustained by the informant.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 950 of 2021.

7. At the time of accepting bail bonds, the petitioner will deposit Rs. 15,000/- in the Court below which shall be handed over to the informant in person. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Guddu/- U T
