Petitioner is accused in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No.

of registered under Sections 498A/304B/201/120B of the I.P.C.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married to the petitioner but immediately after the marriage, her husband and other in-laws began to torture her. The informant got information that his daughter and her six months child were poisoned to death.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the deceased died of burn injury accidentally during the course of cooking. The informant also filed a petition that he

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49763 of 2016 (3) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 filed the case on wrong information. It is also submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 4378 of 2015. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Chapra, Saran in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 163 of 2013.
