JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-10-2019 After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents Union of India and All India Institute of Medical Science, Patna (in short 'AIIMS') what has finally culled out is that the allegation of the petitioner that the authorities of AIIMS, Patna has put a lock on the shop is not acceptable to the AIIMS, Patna as according to them it is the petitioner who has put his own lock and he is free to open it and take away the medicines which are his properties. In the aforesaid view of the matter, learned counsel

Patna High Court CWJC No.19062 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 for the petitioner submits that he would remove all the medicines within one week from today and shall hand over vacant possession of the shop to the authorities of the AIIMS, Patna.

This writ application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

As prayed, the other reliefs prayed by the petitioner are left open to be pursued before appropriate forum in appropriate jurisdiction.
