2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 352 & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 assaulted on the head of informant with iron rod and when nephew of informant came to save informant, petitioner no. 2 assaulted him with Sabal. Doctor has found the injuries simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named two petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VII, Siwan in connection with Siswan P.S.
