The petitioner has filed the instant application for a direction to the respondents-Patna Municipal Corporation to pay the following amounts:- "(a) Arrear of Ist & 2nd ACP: 2,07,756.00 (b)Difference of salary due to pay anamoly for the period 2.1.2.07 to 31.3.10: 1,72,035.00 (c)Difference of salary due to 6th pay revision for the period from 1.4.07 to 31.3.10: 1,88,520.00 (d)Difference of Dearness allowance for the period 1.7.91 to 31.3.97: 8,981.00 (e)Difference if salary from 1.4.97 to 31.10.2004: 1,40,950.00 (f)Difference of Medical adlowance & Dearness allowance to the period 1.11.2004 to 1.8.2000: 19,330.00 Total 9,37,572.00"

3. It is jointly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation that during pendency of the instant application, the admitted dues payable to the petitioner have all been paid and nothing remains to be decided in the instant application.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as such he seeks permission to withdraw this application.

5. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
