The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case no.171 of 2015, registered for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act , has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and he is in jail since 04.06.2015 on an allegation of recovery of one country-made loaded pistol, Mobile and also a motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that motorcycle was found near the Railway track. He submits that the petitioner is having clean antecedent,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52854 of 2015 (2) dt.11-12-2015 2/2 which has been stated in paragraph-3 of the petition. Keeping in view nature of accusation, clean antecedent and period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Md. Jawaid be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Nitesh Kaushik, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case no.171 of 2015.
