The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/332/333/307/353/120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. According to First Information Report, on 23.02.2015 firing and counter-firing took place between Naksals and the police. The police had reached on getting information that the Naksals were going to commit some crime. The number of Naksals were 100 to 125. In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya/Successor Court in connection with Dumaria Police Station Case No.11 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
