2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is direct and specific allegation against this petitioner that he forcibly dragged the victim on his motorcycle and took her away and thereafter, administered her intoxicating water, due to which, she became unconscious. The aforesaid fact has also been supported by the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Besides this, petitioner has got two criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, gravity of the offence and the fact that petitioner has got criminal antecedent,
