2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this is an application on behalf of above named petitioner for issuance of appropriate writ(s), Order(s), Direction(s) to respondent for quashing the Special POCSO Case No. 75 of 2024 Arising out of Parasi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2024 (5141008240048) instituted on 06.06.2024 registered for offences Under Sections 341, 323, 366(A), 504, 506, 34

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1874 of 2024(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act."

3. The petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case as he is the uncle of the main accused. He further submitted that the petitioner is separate from the accused from the last 10 years.

4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Arwal with his application about his defence and if such application is filed, the police will properly investigate the case in light of the representation and if it is found that the petitioner is separate from the main accused and not involved in the crime then appropriate final form/chargesheet shall be filed.

5. This application is disposed off.
