====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piprahi P. S. Case No. 81 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that marriage of daughter of the informant was solemnized with co-accused Raushan Ali about 18 months ago and thereafter, it is alleged that the F.I.R. named accused persons killed her due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62012 of 2025(3) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 is father-in-law of the deceased and he is simply victim of over implication. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with affairs of the deceased. As a matter of fact, deceased was a quarrelsome lady and she herself committed suicide. Petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sheohar, Bihar in connection with Piprahi P.
