2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 303(2), 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner stabbed cousin brother of informant repeatedly, as a result of which, he sustained multiple incised woulds.
