The petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Dhaka Police Station Case No. 268 of 2016 for offence punishable under Section 47(A) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016. About 540 ml. of Foreign liquor and 1200 ml. of Nepali liquor have allegedly been recovered from the possession of petitioner, who is in custody since 22nd September 2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Prabhu Chaudhari @ Prabhu Choudhary, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
