JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2022 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 12.02.2018 passed by the Assistant Inspector General of Registration, Magadh Division, Gaya by filing appropriate appeal, to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal against the aforesaid order dated 12.02.2018 and in case such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
