KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case no. 601C of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 498-A, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that petitioner demanded dowry of Rs. 2 lacs from the complainant and owing to non-fulfilment of the same, she was compelled to live with her parents. It has been contended on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is husband of the complainant. Petitioner is ready to take his wife with full dignity. The fact is that complainant does not want to live with the in-laws .As such, present false case has been filed against the petitioner.

No.22587 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-Ist, Supaul, in Complaint Case no. 601C of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
