JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2023 This criminal writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities particularly respondent no. 4, the Officer-in-charge of Derni PS to provide protection to the petitioner from illegal and forceful dispossession on account of criminal act of private respondents from the land upon which he is in peaceful possession for so many years after duly purchasing the same

(ii) for issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities to restrain the private respondent from making construction over the land in question during pendency of this writ application.

In view of the prayer made in this criminal writ application, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3. If such, representation is filed, the respondent no. 3 shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction, this criminal writ application stands disposed of.
